You have never heard of them but the man who gave you this cap insists they are famous, they were always famous, and anyone who says otherwise is not cool. Increases magical attack damage by 1% and further increases magical attack damage dependent on refine level: If refined to +5 increases by a further 1% If refined to +8 increases by a further 2% for a total 4% increase.
