Increases physical damage against [Neutral] element targets by 1%. Increases physical damage against [Neutral] element targets by an additional 1% for every 2 refinements to the item. Set bonus with Basis Shadow Shield: Reduces damage received from [Neutral] element attacks by an additional 2%. Special Notes: Obtained via temporary cash shop sale events.
